Ingredients
  

  • 10 fresh mint leaves cooling, aromatic base
  • 1/2 lime juiced (adds a zesty kick)
  • 1/4 cup fresh fruit strawberries, raspberries, mango, or watermelon
  • 1 tsp honey or simple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
  • 150 ml soda water adds refreshing fizz
  • Ice cubes to keep it cool
  • Lime wedges and extra fruit for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Muddle the Mint and Fruit
    In a glass, add the mint leaves, fresh fruit, and lime juice. Use a muddler (or the back of a spoon) to gently mash the ingredients together, releasing their natural flavors.
  • Sweeten (Optional)
    If you prefer a slightly sweeter drink, add honey or simple syrup and mix well.
  • Add Ice and Soda Water
    Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in the soda water. Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish and Serve
    Top with a lime wedge and extra fruit for a beautiful presentation. Serve immediately and enjoy!
