- 1/4 cup fresh fruit strawberries, raspberries, mango, or watermelon
- 1 tsp honey or simple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
- 150 ml soda water adds refreshing fizz
- Ice cubes to keep it cool
- Lime wedges and extra fruit for garnish
Muddle the Mint and FruitIn a glass, add the mint leaves, fresh fruit, and lime juice. Use a muddler (or the back of a spoon) to gently mash the ingredients together, releasing their natural flavors. Sweeten (Optional)If you prefer a slightly sweeter drink, add honey or simple syrup and mix well. Add Ice and Soda WaterFill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in the soda water.
