Ingredients

  • 50 ml non-alcoholic Aperol alternative e.g., Lyre’s Italian Spritz, Apice Aperitivo
  • 150 ml alcohol-free prosecco e.g., Mionetto or another high-quality sparkling wine alternative
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Glass
Begin by filling a large wine glass with ice cubes to chill the drink and keep it refreshingly cool.
  • Build the Base
Pour 50 ml of the non-alcoholic Aperol alternative over the ice. This provides the drink’s signature bittersweet and herbal foundation.
  • Add the Sparkling Element
Slowly top up the glass with 150 ml of alcohol-free prosecco. The gentle bubbles enhance the drink’s elegance and provide its signature fizz.
  • Garnish and Serve
Finish by garnishing with a slice of fresh orange. Place the orange slice on the rim of the glass or float it inside to add a visual and aromatic flourish. Serve immediately for the best taste and presentation.
