- 200 ml Pineapple Juice
- 100 ml Coconut cream
- 1-2 tbsp honey or simple syrup optional
- 1 Pineapple wedge
- 1 Maraschino cherry
Combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice cubes in a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of pineapple juice to adjust.
Taste the mixture and add honey or simple syrup if needed for sweetness. Blend again briefly to combine.
Pour the drink into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry. Serve immediately with a straw.
