Virgin Piña Colada

Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 100 ml Coconut cream
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or simple syrup optional
  • 1 Pineapple wedge
  • 1 Maraschino cherry

Instructions
 

  • Combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice cubes in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of pineapple juice to adjust.
  • Taste the mixture and add honey or simple syrup if needed for sweetness. Blend again briefly to combine.
  • Pour the drink into a chilled glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry. Serve immediately with a straw.
